Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join a scrum team in Warsaw. You will test and validate microservices in payments flows, design test cases, and build automated suites using Python and Robot Framework.

Strong API, XML/JSON, and DevOps tooling experience is required, plus ISTQB knowledge and excellent English. You will collaborate with developers, analysts and stakeholders to ensure high quality and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with RESTful API testing and methodologies.
• Hands-on Robot Framework automation experience.
• Experience testing with Databases and Kafka.
• Ability to validate XML/JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with XML/JSON formats.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• ISTQB Foundation level knowledge (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of QA processes, both manual and automated.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a scrum team with developers, analysts and stakeholders.
• Test and validate microservices in payments flows (APIs, Kafka, DB).
• Analyze requirements from testing perspective.
• Plan, design and execute test cases.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework.
• Provide test results and participate in QA initiatives.
