Job summary

LTM is seeking a Python Robot Framework Automation Engineer in Poland (Warsaw/Gdansk). The role is on a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.

You will design, implement and maintain automated tests for payments domain, perform API and database testing, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment. We value 8–10 years of testing experience, strong Python and Robot Framework skills, and familiarity with tools like Selenium, qTest, Git/Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of software testing experience in Payments/Banking.
• Mandatory Python knowledge; Robot Framework is a plus.
• Hands-on with Robot Framework or Selenium automation testing.
• REST API automation experience preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and database testing experience.
• Experience with qTest test management.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Git, TortoiseGit and Jenkins.
• Exposure to Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Cards or Financial Services domain preferred.
• Nice-to-have: Mainframe tech (Kafka, Grafana, Splunk).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing primarily within the Payments domain in Banking
• Mandatory experience in Python knowledge of Robot Framework is an added advantage
• Handson experience with automation testing frameworks such as Robot Framework or Selenium
• Experience with REST API automation is preferred
• Strong SQL skills with practical database testing experience
• Experience working with test management tools such as qTest
• General testing knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level
• Experience with CICD tools including Version Control GitTortoiseGit and deployment tools Jenkins
• Exposure to Microservices architecture
• Domain knowledge in Cards or Financial Services is preferred
• Good to have experience with Mainframe technologies Kafka Grafana and Splunk
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
