Job summary

Thrive IT Systems in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Expert Test Engineer with 10 years of experience in payments testing within the banking sector. The role involves leading QA efforts, accelerating delivery and improving data applications by advancing automation and test strategies.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days on-site) and collaborate across cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain testing frameworks, analyze defects, and ensure high-quality releases with robust test

Qualifications

• 10 years of testing experience in the payments domain, preferably in banking.
• Expertise in test automation and framework design.
• Strong knowledge of agile/Scrum processes and QA leadership.
• Proficient in Python, Robot Framework and Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Perform test analysis and root cause analysis to identify defects.
• Design and implement robust test frameworks and reusable components.
• Gather, manage and prepare test data for comprehensive test coverage.
• Drive improvements to automated test coverage and testing tools usage.

We are looking for Expert Test Engineer with 10 years of experience in testing primarily on Payments domain in Banking. As an Expert Test Engineer you have the opportunity to lead the team and accelerate the delivery and to improve the quality of data applications
