Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies is seeking a QA Engineer to join the Post-Trade Harmonization Initiative. The role focuses on ensuring post-trade quality and supporting member banks across Denmark and Poland, starting with manual testing and progressively introducing automation.

You will work closely with the QA service team to implement best practices, manage defects, and drive continuous improvement across integrated systems and messaging flows, including IBM MQ, XML/JSON payloads, and test data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manual testing and QA mindset across complex flows.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or REST tools.
• Solid understanding of non-functional testing (performance, security, reliability).
• ISTQB Foundation certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive testing and quality within the team by establishing a testing vision and strategy.
• Balance manual testing with automation, aiming for 30–50% automation over time.
• Collaborate with QA service team to adopt best practices and initiate automation activities.
