Job summary

XM is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join an innovative team focused on enhancing product quality across GUI, API, and performance testing. You will use Java/Kotlin with Selenium/Selenide, REST Assured, TestNG, Gradle, Git, TestRail, and Jenkins to build and maintain automated test suites for web or mobile apps.

You will collaborate with developers, translate requirements into test plans, and contribute to CI pipelines while continually improving testing processes and framework capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in quality assurance and test automation (functional GUI and API)
• Experience with automation testing using Java and related tools
• Strong written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to deliver high quality software
• Translate business requirements to technical requirements
• Enhance software delivery and quality across the SDLC
• Perform automated functional and performance testing
• Design and develop test automation framework and libraries
• Maintain CI pipelines and integrate scripts into CI tools
• Manage issues and drive resolutions during testing
• Participate in SDLC and STLC processes
