Job summary

beqom is seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer in Test to strengthen quality across our QA team. You will build and maintain the automation framework that underpins testing for a product used at scale by large enterprise customers.

You'll work closely with the Product Manager to define acceptance criteria for new features, and with fellow engineers through code review, so quality is built into every release rather than checked at the end.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective test cases are required.
• Automation testing frameworks experience is essential.
• Experience testing APIs and UI automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues using SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong collaboration and communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the test automation framework.
• Create automated tests for UI, API, and mobile where applicable.
• Review pull requests to uphold code quality.
• Partner with Product Manager to define feature acceptance criteria.
• Reproduce and diagnose production tickets.
• Document test results for every release.
