CloudFerro S.A. приглашает опытного Python-разработчика для работы над платформой PaaS в рамках мульти-арендного окружения. Вы будете создавать компоненты, разворачивать сервисы и улучшать архитектуру крупномасштабных систем.

Ваша задача — работать с Product Manager, прототипировать решения, обеспечивать качество кода, тестирование, документацию и соответствие требованиям безопасности, масштабируемости и надёжности. Предлагаются конкурентные условия, обучение и перспектива роста.

Qualifications

• Глубокие знания Python и опыт работы с FastAPI, Flask или Django.
• Опыт разработки REST API, CRUD, обработка ошибок, валидация данных и версии.
• Опыт работы с PostgreSQL и Redis; моделирование данных и миграции.
• Опыт разработки распределённых решений для мульти-арендованных и крупных систем.
• Знание Kubernetes и умение разворачивать сервисы; Docker, CI/CD.
• Умение работать с асинхронным кодом (asyncio) и очередями RabbitMQ/Kafka.
• Знание Linux, облачных окружений; плюс — Go.
• Опыт работы как fullstack инженер — приветствуется.

Responsibilities

• Разработка компонентов PaaS и решений для мульти-арендованных сред.
• Работа с Product Manager над требованиями бизнеса.
• Создание прототипов и доказательств концепций.
• Развитие существующего кода, внедрение новых компонентов.
• Обеспечение качества кода: ревью, тестирование, рефакторинг, документация.

Задачи

Developing components that form part of PaaS services. Designing solutions for multi-tenant environments and large-scale systems. Working with the Product Manager to develop solutions that meet business requirements. Creating prototypes and proof of concept for new solutions. Developing existing code and implementing new components. Making technical decisions that take security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability into account. Ensuring code quality through code review, automated testing, refactoring, and good engineering practices. Diagnosing complex problems involving PaaS services, shared services, and cloud infrastructure. Working with other technical teams. Creating and developing documentation and standards.

Требования

Very good knowledge of Python. Practical knowledge of at least one framework (FastAPI, Flask, Django). Knowledge of REST API design principles: CRUD operations, error handling, data validation, versioning. Experience building persistence layers using SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis) — data modeling, migration management. Experience implementing distributed solutions for multi-tenant environments and large-scale systems. Knowledge of Kubernetes sufficient to independently deploy, configure, and troubleshoot your own service. Confident use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot) as a regular part of your engineering toolkit. Independence and responsibility for a solution — from the idea and design through to a working production system. Будет плюсом: Knowledge of Go. Good knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud environments; Experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio) and working with queueing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka); Ability to containerize applications (Docker) and build CI/CD pipelines for services under development; Knowledge of observability topics: structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing; Operational experience with PostgreSQL — performance analysis and query plans; Experience working as a fullstack engineer
