Job summary

MyDr is seeking a software engineer to join a small, agile team that builds MyDr EDM and related clinic-management tools used in thousands of clinics. You will contribute to web applications, shape new features for the Polish medical market and for international clients, and work with AI tools to speed up development and ensure quality and security.

Remote or hybrid setup with a Warsaw hub, flexible hours, and a supportive environment that values initiative and decisive action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on web applications.
• Proficiency with Python, Django and PostgreSQL.
• Experience using modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) to accelerate development, debugging and documentation while maintaining quality and security.
• Ability to work in a small team, take initiative and make decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Job description

MyDr is a team of new technology enthusiasts who have built from scratch and continue to develop advanced programs for Electronic Medical Documentation and comprehensive clinic management. The company has brought the Polish healthcare system into the 21st century and made it user-friendly for both doctors and patients. The flagship product - MyDr EDM - is used in over 10,000 clinics operating commercially as well as those contracted with the National Health Fund (NFZ). The program offers a complete package of functionalities essential for daily work in any medical facility: from advanced scheduling, through tools needed during appointments (modules for e-prescriptions, e-referrals, and e-sick leaves), to telemedicine solutions, and full integration with the government P1 Platform. MyDr was founded in 2017 and has since successfully grown and maintained its status as a leader in fully cloud-based EDM solutions in Poland's medical software market.

Check If We're Looking For You

• You have experience working on web applications (3+ years of experience);
• You work with Python, Django, PostgreSQL;
• You use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) in daily engineering work to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation creation, while applying a solid engineering approach to result verification and maintaining quality and security;
• You feel comfortable working in a small team, managing processes, taking initiative, and making decisions
• You can communicate in English both spoken and written (B2+).
