Job summary

MyDr, a cloud-based medical software leader in Poland, is seeking a web-focused software engineer to join a small, agile team building MyDr EDM and clinic management features. You will work on web applications with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, applying AI tools to accelerate development.

You’ll operate in remote or hybrid setup (Warsaw hub), enjoy flexible hours, paid time off, private healthcare, and language courses while contributing to a product used across thousands of clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on web applications.
• You work with Python, Django, PostgreSQL.
• You use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) in daily engineering work to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation creation, while applying a solid engineering approach to result verification and maintaining quality and security.
• You feel comfortable working in a small team, managing processes, taking initiative, and making decisions.
• You can communicate in English both spoken and written (B2+).

MyDr is a team of new technology enthusiasts who have built from scratch and continue to develop advanced programs for Electronic Medical Documentation and comprehensive clinic management. The company has brought the Polish healthcare system into the 21st century and made it user-friendly for both doctors and patients.

The flagship product - MyDr EDM - is used in over 10,000 clinics operating commercially as well as those contracted with the National Health Fund (NFZ). The program offers a complete package of functionalities essential for daily work in any medical facility: from advanced scheduling, through tools needed during appointments (modules for e-prescriptions, e-referrals, and e-sick leaves), to telemedicine solutions, and full integration with the government P1 Platform.
