Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions in Kraków is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Public Sector Resourcing team. You will act as the trusted partner for hiring managers, managing vacancies from requirement through to offer, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with Sourcing, Administration, and client teams to meet recruitment SLAs, coach hiring managers on process, and drive DEI and pay range discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent or contingent workers.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across different business functions.
• Ability to prioritise competing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and quick learning of new systems.
• Experience using SAP Fieldglass and exposure to MSP/RPO environments.
• Experience in public sector or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers/Talent Acquisition Managers.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns from requirement to offer.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration to ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Deliver recruitment services in line with SLAs and client requirements.
• Support DEI requirements and discuss pay range and timelines with stakeholders.
• Mentor supporting teams on best practices and client culture.
• Assist with forecasting and future demand planning with the client resourcing lead.
