Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent with at least five (5) years of related experience.
• OR Associate’s Degree and three (3) years of related experience.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree and one (1) year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all projects and grants financial processes within the City’s financial system.
• Performs all budgetary functions within the City’s financial system Project Ledger and Award module.
• Performs the project and grant accounts record set up, maintenance and close out process in the financial system.
• Performs the grants performance and financial reports in the federal and state systems.
• Interprets, monitors, analyzes and implements Federal, State and City statutes, policies and award conditions.
• Reviews all projects and grants purchases, contracts and change orders ensuring policy compliance, budget approval and availability.
