Job summary

Accenture Poland in Kraków is seeking a Strategy specialist within Public Service to help mission-driven organizations meet societal challenges and maximize impact. You will work with global teams supporting governments, NGOs, and international institutions on transformation, governance, and program effectiveness.

You’ll conduct policy research, design initiatives with multiple stakeholders, produce deliverables, and contribute to workshops and PMO activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Development Economics, Economics, Political Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, international development, public sector, government, non-profit organizations, multilateral institutions, or other mission-driven organizations.
• Experience supporting complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, governance structures, and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to structure and present ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Join Strategy practice as part of Public Service team and address complex societal challenges.
• Support strategy and transformation projects for public-purpose organizations.
• Conduct research and analysis across public policy, international development, and governance.
• Develop high-quality deliverables including presentations, reports, and frameworks.
• Support PMO activities, risk management, and cross-workstream coordination.
