Job summary

A global financial services provider is seeking an Engineer IV to ensure the security and resilience of its Public Cloud infrastructure. This position requires knowledge of security features in cloud platforms and programming skills in Python. The ideal candidate will work within a collaborative environment, contributing to the security of the cloud infrastructure while leveraging cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• English level B2 required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and resilience of Public Cloud infrastructure.

Skills

Knowledge of security features in Public Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, OCI)

Experience in implementing Vulnerability Management process

Validating and enforcing secure configurations of cloud native solutions

Experience with ETL solutions

Containerized environments (Docker, AKS, GKE, K8S)

Version control systems (Git, CI/CD in Azure DevOps)

Programming skills in Python

Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell)

Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in Azure

Communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Results-oriented mindset

• demonstrated knowledge of security features in Public Cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or OCI
• experience in implementing Vulnerability Management process
• experience in validating and enforcing secure configurations of cloud native solutions
• experience with ETL solutions
• experience with containerized environments (e.g. Docker, AKS, GKE, K8S)
• experience in using version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• programming skills in Python
• knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell
• experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in Azure (e.g. Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
• communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, facts, and opinions clearly
• strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to identify issues, analyze key information, make connections, and find appropriate solutions
• a results-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiently and effectively completing tasks to achieve high-quality outcomes

English level - B2.

• familiarity with the Kusto Query Language
• documentation as Code (Sphinx, reStructuredText)
• strong interest in learning new and emerging technologies
