PwC Poland's Finance Managed Services (FMS) is expanding in Managed Services Operations. You will support and transform operations for domestic and international clients by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge solutions.

We are looking for a PtP Accountant with Hungarian for a project environment. Responsibilities include processing and coding invoices, reviewing for accuracy, maintaining vendor accounts, and supporting month-end close.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or PtP in finance operations.
• Experience in invoice processing and supplier communication.
• Strong Excel skills with large data sets.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• English and Romanian language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process and code vendor invoices per policies.
• Review invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Maintain vendor accounts and AP activities.
• Support payment processing and monitor status.
• Handle AP and T&E mailbox activities.
• Process employee travel expenses and reimbursements.
• Ensure expense compliance with policies and controls.
• Prepare month-end MEC reports and reconciliations.
• Maintain master data in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
