Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Kotlin for backend services and React for front-end interfaces.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional and efficient software solutions. Ensure that the end product aligns with the company’s cybersecurity objectives.
• API Design & Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect various components of the application. Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable data exchange between systems.
• Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Optimize database queries to improve application performance.
• Testing & Debugging: Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. Debug and resolve issues across the stack to ensure a smooth and secure user experience.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Adhere to best practices in code quality, documentation, and version control. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Implement solutions to address bottlenecks and enhance the overall user experience.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on development progress, challenges, and key metrics to management. Ensure management is fully informed on the status of projects and any critical issues.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on building scalable and secure web applications. Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin (Java acceptable as well) and React. Experience with modern development tools and frameworks.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work Ethic: Willingness to put in long hours and handle intense workloads. A strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving results.
• Communication: Perfect English proficiency is mandatory—both written and spoken. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Security Focus: An understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. A strong interest in developing secure applications and contributing to the protection of businesses from cyber threats.
