Qualifications

• MSC/Ph.D. in life sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacy or related fields).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High motivation with excellent organization and planning skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to daily activities of Protein Analysis Team using basic protein characterization workflows.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LC-MS instrumentation for optimal system performance.
• Design, optimize, develop, validate and execute analytical methods (LC-MS, SEC-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, RP-HPLC) for protein characterization.
• Plan, perform and document analytical and comparability studies of biologics per ICH guidelines.
• Prepare protein samples following established protocols ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
• Apply proteomic assays and MS-related lab techniques to support project objectives.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
