In this position, you will work with advanced analytical technologies, including a number of chromatographic techniques such as RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, or IEX-HPLC, combined with MS, UV, or MALS detectors, alongside orthogonal techniques including DLS and DSC. Your Background MSC/Ph.D. degree in life sciences: biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related fields; Strong theoretical understanding of protein structure and characterization, including PTMs, higher-order structure, stability, and aggregation; Practical knowledge of sample preparation for various chromatographic and mass spectrometry-based workflows; Theoretical knowledge of analytical separation techniques; Knowledge of methods development and validation in the protein area is in plus; Familiarity with set-up and data acquisition for global and targeted mass spectrometry approaches is in plus; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; High motivation with excellent organization and planning skills; Communication and team working skills; Strong desire to work in a challenging and hands-on environment.
