Infuse in Poland is seeking a detail‑oriented B2B proofreader to join our editorial team. You will edit long‑form and short‑form content to ensure accuracy, polish, and on‑brand alignment with client goals.

The right candidate has strong English writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and can collaborate with writers and designers. Availability to work EST hours is preferred.

You will manage multiple assignments, maintain quality standards, and help improve workflows across the team.

Qualificações

• Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage.
• Experience editing long-form and short-form content.
• 1+ year of proofreading or editing experience.
• Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
• Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers
• Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy
• Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments
• Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content
