Gypsy Collective is seeking a Promo Manager to design engaging promo mechanics for its iGaming-focused business. You will create campaigns, bonuses, and events, manage calendars, and analyze performance to optimize outcomes. Collaboration with CRM, Content, and Design teams is essential to deliver impactful promotions.

The role emphasizes gamification, loyalty programs, and data-driven decision making, with opportunities to advance within a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in iGaming as Promo, CRM, or Retention Manager.
• Hands-on exposure to gamification, loyalty programs, missions, tournaments, and engagement mechanics.
• Solid understanding of wagering requirements, cashback, bonuses, and loyalty dynamics.
• Understanding bonus economics and its impact on business performance.
• Familiarity with key iGaming metrics such as GGR, NGR, retention, ARPU, and LTV.
• Ability to translate data from dashboards into actionable insights.
• Experience briefing and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional campaigns, including concepts, bonuses, mechanics, and target segments.
• Create and manage the promotional calendar.
• Design tournaments and in-game events with mechanics, eligibility, prizes, and distributions.
• Select offers for different player segments and cohorts.
• Plan campaigns with CRM, Content, and Design teams.
• Run A/B tests and analyze post-campaign results.
• Evaluate bonus economics and issuance, and measure promo effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations to optimize mechanics.

Your daily adventures include:

• Developing promotional campaigns, including concepts, bonuses, mechanics, and target segments;
• Creating and managing the promotional calendar;
• Designing tournaments and in-game events, including mechanics, eligibility requirements, prize pool calculations, and prize distribution;
• Selecting relevant offers for different player segments and cohorts;
• Planning communication campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Content, and Design;
• Running A/B tests and conducting post-campaign analysis;
• Evaluating bonus economics, issuance, and promotional effectiveness;
• Preparing performance reports and recommendations to optimize promotional mechanics

Requirements

What makes you a great match
