Job summary

Gypsy Collective is seeking a Promo Manager to design engaging promo mechanics and drive player engagement in the iGaming niche. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into promotions that move the needle.

You will manage campaigns, calendars, tournaments, and events, evaluate bonus economics, and report on performance to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in iGaming as a Promo, CRM, or Retention Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional campaigns, including concepts, bonuses, mechanics, and target segments.
• Create and manage the promotional calendar.
• Design tournaments and in-game events, including mechanics, eligibility, prize distribution.
• Select offers for different player segments and cohorts.
• Plan communication campaigns with CRM, Content, and Design teams.
• Run A/B tests and post-campaign analysis.
• Evaluate bonus economics, issuance, and promotional effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations to optimize mechanics

What makes you a great match:

• 1-2 years of experience in iGaming as a Promo, CRM, or Retention Manager;
• Hands-on experience with gamification, loyalty programs, missions, tournaments, and other player engagement mechanics;
• Solid understanding of wagering requirements, cashback, free spins, loyalty programs, tournaments, jackpots, and lotteries;
• Understanding of bonus economics, bonus issuance, and the impact of promotions on business performance;
• Strong knowledge of key iGaming metrics, including GGR, NGR, bonus cost, retention, conversion, ARPU, and LTV;
• Ability to work with analytics dashboards and turn data into actionable insights;
• Experience briefing and coordinating with cross-functional teams
