Responsibilities

• Support monthly cost allocation reporting and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Prepare and maintain recurring business, operational, and project reporting for the OCOO.
• Use Excel and other tools to clean, analyse, and summarise data for decision-making.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting templates, and delivery data in line with standards.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, flagging governance gaps.
• Produce delivery and portfolio reporting highlighting movements, risks, and trends.
• Assist governance forums with agendas, packs, and action tracking.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting and governance processes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating insights and progress.

We’re looking for a PMO & Reporting Analyst to join our Office of the COO (OCOO), supporting a range of reporting, operational, and delivery-focused activities across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is analytical, adaptable, organised, and eager to learn. The role offers exposure across reporting, operational analysis, project delivery support, and business improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the monthly execution of the firm’s cost allocation model, ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and maintain recurring business, operational, and project reporting across the Office of the COO.
• Use Excel and other tools to clean, organise, analyse, and summarise data to support decision-making and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
• Support delivery governance activities by maintaining project documentation, reporting, templates, and delivery data in line with agreed processes and standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information relating to milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, highlighting any gaps in governance or data quality.
• Produce delivery and portfolio reporting, highlighting key movements, trends, risks, exceptions, and areas requiring management attention.
• Support the preparation of governance forums, including agenda planning, pack production, action tracking, and follow-up with delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate reporting, governance, and operational processes, including the use of AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate insights and progress updates.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the business to support operational priorities and delivery outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with recurring reporting and data processes.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Adaptable and comfortable working across different responsibilities and projects.
• A curious and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with both data and operational/business-related tasks.
• An interest in reporting, operations, project delivery, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience with SQL or reporting tools would be beneficial but is not essential.
• A degree in business, economics, finance, maths, or another analytical discipline is helpful but not essential.
