Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP Order-to-Cash initiatives, focusing on modern payment solutions, digital payments, and subscription models. You will guide cross-functional teams of SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver value on time and within defined scope.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on end-user training and compliant SAP solutions across the O2C domain.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience managing SAP projects in the O2C area.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP environment.
• Ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience leading project teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and risk management.
• Fluent English (C1). Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Managing SAP projects in the O2C area, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Leading project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensuring SAP solutions comply with business needs, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Acting as main contact for O2C matters, providing status updates to stakeholders.
• Conducting workshops and training for end-user acceptance of O2C processes.
• Ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring and evaluating project performance, implementing corrective actions.

Job description

You will join a team executing a strategic SAP Order-to-Cash initiative focused on implementing modern payment solutions for individual customers. The project involves developing and integrating digital payment methods and subscription models. The Project Manager role will have a significant impact on delivering new business opportunities and scaling digital products and services. The project is at the stage of transforming payment processes and building foundations for future digital solutions.

Your tasks

• Managing SAP projects in the O2C area, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope
• Defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Leading project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth cooperation
• Ensuring SAP solutions comply with business needs, legal requirements, and best practices
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans as needed
• Acting as the main point of contact for O2C project matters, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and management
• Conducting workshops and training to ensure end-user acceptance of O2C processes
• Ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitoring and evaluating project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, implementing corrective actions as necessary

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience managing SAP projects in the O2C area

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (SD, FI)
• Participation in projects related to digital payments, billing, or subscription models
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification
