Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Project Manager to support a client in implementing a new ERP system, with SAP or IFS as core platforms. The role requires daily office work from client offices near Łańcut and involves coordinating external software vendors to align with business goals.

Key responsibilities include defining scope, creating detailed plans, managing risks, and providing transparent updates to stakeholders. Strong English and ERP project delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong command of PM methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of a new ERP system and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Deep understanding of ERP systems implementation lifecycle
• Strong command of project management methodologies and tools
• Practical experience in managing ERP implementation projects
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
• Advanced level of English
