Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex data and migration initiatives within our online payments ecosystem. This role involves managing cross‑functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance data integrity, compliance, and scalability across global payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee data migration and transformation projects across multiple systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure smooth migration processes.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on key milestones to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and payment industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in data migration methodologies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or online payments.
• Proven track record in managing data migration or system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 level).
