Power Engineering Transformatory Sp. z o.o. poszukuje Kierownika Projektu do zarządzania projektami transformatorów energetycznych.

Obowiązki obejmują nadzorowanie harmonogramów, kontakt z klientem oraz współpracę z działami inżynierii, produkcji, jakości i logistyki, aby projekty były realizowane na czas i zgodnie z umowami.

Qualifications

• Wymagany tytuł uniwersytecki o profilu technicznym w dziedzinie np. elektrotechniki lub pokrewnych.
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca kontakt z klientami międzynarodowymi.
• Silne umiejętności planowania, organizacji i zarządzania projektami.

Responsibilities

• Zarządzanie projektami transformatorów energetycznych i nadzorowanie ich realizacji.
• Główny punkt kontaktu z klientem i zapewnienie profesjonalnej komunikacji na każdym etapie projektu.
• Nadzór nad harmonogramami, kluczowymi kamieniami milowymi oraz terminami umownymi.
• Przygotowywanie i koordynowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla klienta.
• Koordynacja kontaktów i wizyt przedstawicieli klienta.
• Udział w wyjazdach służbowych, targach i konferencjach branżowych.
• Wspieranie przygotowania i negocjacji gwarancji bankowych i umownych.
• Zapewnienie efektywnej komunikacji między klientami a działami wewnętrznymi.
• Utrzymywanie rejestrów projektów, raportów i harmonogramów.
• Reprezentowanie PET w kontaktach z klientami oraz budowanie trwałych relacji.

Your responsibilities

• Manage power transformer projects, supervise and coordinate their execution throughout the entire project time.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and effective communication at every stage of the project.
• Monitor project schedules, key milestones and contractual deadlines, proactively identifying potential risks and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare, coordinate and provide customers with required project documentation
• Coordinate communication and visits of customer representatives
• Occasionally participate in business trips, trade fairs and industry conferences
• Support the preparation and negotiation of bank and contractual guarantees
• Ensure effective communication between customers and internal departments
• Maintain necessary project records, reports, schedules and internal documentation.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers, representing PET professionally and contributing to a positive image of the company.

Our requirements

• Has a university degree, preferably in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Design or a related discipline.
• Has a good communication skills in English, allowing communication with international customers and partners.
• Demonstrates strong project management, planning and organizational skills
• Is proactive and takes ownership and initiative
• Communicates confidently and can build effective relationships with customers, production teams, engineering departments and other stakeholders.
• Has strong problem‑solving skills and can respond effectively to challenges that may arise during project execution and transformer production.
• Is a team player with good communication skills, initiative and a practical approach to getting things done.
• Is comfortable using MS Office tools in everyday project work.
• Is open to occasional business travel, including meetings with customers and partners.
• Holds a Category B driving licence.

Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising power transformer projects throughout the entire execution process – from contract signing and production planning to FAT testing, delivery and final project completion.

You will act as a key point of contact for the customer, working closely with our engineering, production, quality, logistics, finance and sales teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in accordance with contractual requirements.

This role gives you the opportunity to take real ownership of complex power transformer projects, work directly with customers and specialists from different technical areas, and see the results of your work turn into transformers operating in power systems in Poland and international markets.
