We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager who will lead complex and strategic technology projects carried out in a large organization. This role is for someone who can take responsibility for a project from organizing its scope and delivery model, through planning and building the team, to implementation and achieving the intended business results.

Comprehensive management of complex IT projects and responsibility for their end-to-end delivery Defining project objectives, scope and outcomes, and preparing and managing the delivery plan Managing the project schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies and changes Managing interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating cooperation between IT, business and external partners Coordinating the delivery and implementation of changes to IT systems, including integration projects Managing stakeholders and leading project communications, including preparing status updates, recommendations and materials for senior management Overseeing the quality of project delivery and ensuring solutions comply with business and technical requirements Managing IT suppliers and overseeing the fulfillment of contractual obligations Participating in procurement processes for IT services and solutions, including evaluating offers, scope and risks Cooperating with technical teams, architects, analysts, Product Owners and business representatives Providing subject-matter support to other Project Managers and participating in improving project management standards

Требования

Higher education, preferably in a technical field At least 6 years of experience independently managing complex IT projects, preferably in large organizations Experience delivering projects involving multiple systems, integrations and cooperation between IT and business teams Knowledge of good practices in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies Experience working with senior management and preparing materials for steering committees and other decision-making bodies Experience managing suppliers and cooperating with external partners Good knowledge of SDLC and understanding of issues related to IT architecture and system integration Knowledge of traditional, agile and hybrid project delivery approaches Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Excel or PPM-class systems Very good communication, negotiation and organizational skills Knowledge of English sufficient to work freely in a project environment Будет плюсом: Certifications in project management or Agile, e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM or SAFe; Experience in the insurance or financial sector and knowledge of the specifics of a regulated environment
