Responsibilities

• Ведите крупные кросс-функциональные программы с несколькими зависимыми рабочими потоками.
• Разрабатывайте стратегию доставки, последовательность и модель выполнения.
• Планируйте, отслеживайте и обеспечивайте предсказуемую доставку проектов, обеспечивая подотчетность лидеров рабочих потоков.
• Обеспечьте внутренние и внешние ресурсы для выполнения проектов.
• Проводите критически важные обзоры проектов на соответствие объему, бюджету и срокам.
• Определяйте и улучшайте стандарты и практики доставки проектов.
• Вливайте на принятие решений топ-менеджментом по приоритетам.
• Управляйте бюджетами программ и финансовой эффективностью, обеспечивая доставку в рамках бюджета.
• Контролируйте учет времени для капитализации затрат на труд.

Описание: Biogen is a biotechnology research company. Its Infrastructure & Operations team delivers critical IT initiatives that support the organization’s success and growth.

• Lead large, cross-functional programs with multiple interdependent workstreams
• Own delivery strategy, sequencing, and execution model
• Plan, monitor, and ensure predictable project delivery while driving accountability of workstream leads
• Secure internal and external resources to meet project needs
• Lead critical project reviews to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines
• Define and improve project delivery standards and best practices
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making across competing priorities
• Manage program budgets and track financial performance to ensure projects are delivered on budget
• Oversee time tracking to facilitate capitalization of labor costs

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ Years’ experience working as an IT professional, including managing projects and/or programs
• Experience managing projects in Infrastructure and Cyber Security domains
• Proven delivery of large-scale programs and cross-functional/global initiatives
• Demonstrated stakeholder influence at senior levels and experience driving organizational/process improvements
• PMP certification or other project management certification
• Ability to work with and manage third-party vendors
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong people leadership skills and ability to manage projects in a matrixed environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment and discretion
• Proven ability to motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask across projects and stay highly organized
• Nice to have: familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheets, and JIRA.
