Biogen Poland is seeking a Medical Operations Coordinator to support the Medical Director in implementing the national medical plan across therapeutic areas, partnering with Local Medical Teams and MLMs to advance Biogen's medical presence in Poland.
The role includes coordinating external engagements, sponsorships, congress management, and governance with Compliance, Legal, and Finance, while driving efficiencies and ensuring quality throughout medical operations.
As a Medical Operations Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the Polish medical organization, working under the guidance of the Medical Director. You will operationalize medical activities in the country, maintaining high-quality standards. This position involves collaborating with Local Medical Teams to implement the national medical plan for all therapeutic areas (TAs), helping to establish Biogen's reputation as a trusted medical-scientific partner within the neuroscience community in Poland. You'll work closely with the entire Medical Team, including TAs Medical Leads and MLMs, to support them in leading and managing medical projects. Cooperating with all Medical Team members and other functions like Compliance, Legal, Finance, you will support high-value medical activities, emphasizing excellence in execution. Your contributions will be integral to advancing Biogen's medical presence in Poland.
