Job summary

B2B Network in Poland is seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate delivery in the Google Kubernetes Engine workstream as part of a larger cloud transformation program.

You will plan and manage delivery activities, monitor progress and risks, and escalate issues to ensure predictable execution. The role requires hands-on PM experience in Google Cloud transformation projects and working with containerized portfolios in GKE, plus strong English communication, ownership, and proactivity.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Coordinate delivery execution in Google Kubernetes Engine workstream
• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks
• Monitor and report delivery progress and risks, proactively identifying issues and risk and escalating where needed to ensure predictable execution
• Uphold project management discipline by promoting a strong delivery culture

Must-have knowledge and experience

Hands on experience as PM in Google Cloud transformation projects and hands on experience working with containerized application portfolios in Google Kubernetes Engine is a must have. Experience in this area should be described in the application.
