Job summary

DCG in Warszawa seeks an experienced Delivery Project Manager for Google Cloud / GKE initiatives. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, manage timelines, risks and dependencies across multiple teams, and drive clarity for stakeholders.

You bring 5+ years in project/delivery management, hands-on PM experience in Google Cloud transformations, and strong English communication. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset is essential for operating in a complex program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project and/or delivery management.
• Hands-on Project Manager in Google Cloud transformation projects.
• Experience with containerized applications in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Strong risk, issue and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Can-do attitude in a complex program environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery execution within the Google Kubernetes Engine workstream, plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, milestones and risks.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure alignment with the overall program objectives.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies proactively and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Escalate delivery challenges when necessary to ensure predictable and timely execution.
• Manage stakeholders and drive follow-up actions across involved teams.
• Provide clear and structured reporting on progress, risks and key delivery topics.
• Promote strong project management discipline and contribute to a high-performing delivery culture

• At least 5 years of professional experience in project and/or delivery management
• Proven hands‑on experience as a Project Manager in Google Cloud transformation projects
• Practical experience working with containerized application portfolios in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Strong risk, issue and stakeholder management skills
• Very good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, drive actions and provide clarity in both verbal and written communication
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
