Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital initiatives within the banking sector in Warsaw. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and external vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget results.

The role requires proven delivery of digital banking projects, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects in banking/financial services.
• Experience managing mobile and digital customer journeys within banking apps.
• Experience with public-facing websites and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
