Job summary

emagine is seeking an experienced ICT Business Continuity Specialist to lead the development and delivery of 70+ ICT BCPs, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and coordinating with stakeholders across the Financial Services Industry.

You will drive the development of an ICT BCP testing methodology, collaborate on BCP content and scope, and support governance documentation and lifecycle maintenance to ensure operational resilience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing or working with Business Continuity frameworks and documentation.
• Good knowledge of Financial Services Industry regulations related to ICT BCPs.
• Hands-on experience in project documentation and presentation materials.

Model of work: hybrid (3x per week work from office in Warsaw/Łódź/Tricity)

Type of contract: B2B, long-term cooperation

Rate: up to 140 PLN net+ vat/ hour

Summary:

The primary function of this role is to manage the development and delivery of ICT Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain operational resilience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and delivery of over 70 ICT BCPs.
• Support the creation of an ICT BCP framework and template.
• Drive the development of an ICT BCP testing methodology.
• Collaborate on ICT BCP content and scope.
• Evaluate workload based on project deliveries and resource requirements.
• Engage with representatives to identify potential delays.
• Manage the approval process for ICT BCPs.
• Support the development of governance documentation and lifecycle maintenance for ICT BCPs.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in developing or working with Business Continuity frameworks and documentation.
• Good knowledge of relevant Financial Services Industry (FSI) regulations related to ICT BCPs.
• Hands-on experience in project documentation and preparation of presentation materials.
• Good communication skills, capable of developing processes, procedures, policies, or frameworks.
• Experience in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Operational Resilience in the FSI sector.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a cross-team collaborative environment.
• Advanced presentation skills for delivering complex information clearly.
• Understanding of risk management principles in relation to business continuity.
