Cloudity is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead medium and large Salesforce implementations across international clients. You will guide projects from scope to delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and present to executives.

Strong data reporting and stakeholder communication are essential to maximize business value. You will work with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

Competenze

• 4+ years leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience delivering 10+ projects across multi-month programs.
• Proficient with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
• Strong data reporting and KPI tracking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Polish.

Mansioni

• Lead medium and large Salesforce projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed implementation plans.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring KPIs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Conduct steering committees and present to C-level executives.
• Work with data and prepare detailed project reports.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Independently prepare proposals for next project phases and identify new collaboration opportunities.
