As a Project Manager, you will deliver complex GBS transition and transformation projects end-to-end as part of the country Programme Delivery & PMO capability in Krakow, working under the local VP / centre delivery leadership while aligning to global programme standards and governance. Take direct ownership for turning functional scope into executable plans, resolved issues and successful transition outcomes. Initially aligned to priority transition areas, the role will build transferable PM capability to support broader GBS projects and transformation activity over time. Own practical delivery planning, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination and issue resolution, ensuring transitions land to agreed scope, timeline, cost, quality, readiness and adoption expectations.
A critical aspect of this role is also strong people leadership and team management. You will lead cross-functional project teams, driving engagement, accountability, collaboration, and performance across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure successful project delivery.
The occasional international travel may be required to support the programme.
