We are looking for a person who, together with Project Manager, will take responsibility for delivering Skanska Residential Projects.

Specific responsibilities:
Your job as Project Leader means that you will work closely together and report to the Project Manager, you will participate in preparation of strategic project’s decisions and take operational actions on the market. To succeed in that, you will cooperate closely with colleagues, consultants, designers and municipalities for planning and permits, establish calculation of project costs and prepare investment calculations. You will have the operational responsibility in the Project execution phase by effective cooperation with Skanska Construction Unit. Crucial part of the job is close cooperation with teams: Sales, Clients’ Relations, Quality and Warranty, Environmental, Digitalization and Innovation to support our clients through their relations with Skanska. You are also expected to support Health and Safety within Project Development.

Profile / requirements:
We are looking for graduates with at least 3 years of experience in construction or residential development. You are a perfect Candidate for us if you have the knowledge about the official planning process as well as building regulation requirements. You have working knowledge on investment procedures and processes, you are able to find logic connections while preparing execution schedule and you are able to act effectively implementing necessary changes. You are great at monitoring budget execution and risks verification. You are a driven and engaged person with proactive approach and business mindset. You can communicate and cooperate within different teams showing emotional maturity. You are motivated by personal responsibility, patient with a structured way of working. Your English is on a good level.
