Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project installation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.

You’ll be the person the team turns to for momentum and to push installation projects forward. Day‑to‑day, you’ll manage costing schedules, enable those around you to excel, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of planning and managing all Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation (trackside and/or onboard), in close cooperation with the Project Manager, the Installation Engineering, and Design activities. You will also possess end‑to‑end accountability at the project level, from Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) and performance points of view for the scope, while ensuring the application of EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Leading and coordinating project installation site activities, including site facilities, resource planning, and site access
  • Managing the installation works for M&U signaling equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non‑conformities, and technical interfaces
  • Managing subcontractors, including monitoring quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments
  • Coordinating the installation engineering team for the assigned scope
  • Ensuring compliance with EHS policies through site inspections, people assessments, and more
  • Driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with project objectives
