Job summary

CES group seeks a Specialist Engineer in Poland to lead projects from design through execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and top quality. After internal training, you will gradually take the lead on projects, coordinating with managers, architects and clients.

You will design MEP installations, ensure integration of systems, and supervise on-site activities while representing CES to clients and partners. Fluent English and hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction), or equivalent by experience.
  • Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
  • Structured, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design through execution of projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and high quality.
  • Design and dimension technical installations (MEP) in collaboration with the project manager and engineers.
  • Coordinate integration of specialist systems for optimum results.
  • Participate in meetings with architects, clients and project managers.
  • Supervise projects on site during construction and represent CES professionally.

Job description

CES is a family-driven engineering office with over 70 specialists, spread across 5 offices and 4 countries. To strengthen our capabilities, we are expanding our services to Poland. To support this expansion, we are looking for a Specialist Engineer.

Your profile

You combine a solid technical background with a hands-on mindset and a strong drive to deliver smart, sustainable solutions.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s (Licencjat) of Master’s (Magister) degree in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction), or have built up equivalent expertise through experience.
  • You’re interested in innovation, rational energy use and sustainable construction.
  • You are driven by the quest for innovative, sustainable and perfectly tailored technical solutions.
  • You work in a structured way, listen well and take responsibility.
  • You can work independently, but feel just as comfortable in a team.
  • You’re eager to learn and keep up with new developments in your field.
  • You communicate easily and understand the commercial side of projects.
  • You’re familiar with the different phases of a project and how they connect.
  • You manage your time well and respect deadlines.
  • You work smoothly with MS Office suite.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

Your responsibilities

After a period of internal training and guidance, you will gradually take the lead on projects from design through to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • You study and execute projects within the agreed timelines and budgets.
  • You design and dimension technical installations (MEP) in close collaboration with the project manager, the design project leader and other engineers.
  • You coordinate the integration of various specialist systems to ensure an optimal result.
  • You take part in meetings with architects, clients and project managers.
  • You supervise projects on site during the construction phase.
  • You represent CES in a professional way towards clients and partners.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
  • You contribute to the internal growth and knowledge sharing within CES.
  • You keep your technical knowledge up to date through relevant training
