MOL Polska, part of the MOL Group, currently manages a growing DOFO franchise network. We are seeking a Project Development Expert to combine finance, business analysis and network development, collaborating with international teams and presenting to group-level committees.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English. Location is Gdańsk with an employment contract, offering opportunities to influence strategic franchise growth across

• Higher education in economics, management, investments, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, investments, business development or project management.
• Knowledge of investment profitability assessment, preparation of business cases and DCF analyses.
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Very good English for presentations and meetings.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate investment projects for the DOFO franchise network expansion.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses and DCF models for new investments.
• Prepare recommendations and presentation materials for approval processes.
• Present investment projects and recommendations in English to MOL Group representatives.
• Monitor budgets, costs and KPIs of implemented projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Development, Operations, Legal and other teams.
• Coordinate with international MOL Group teams on network development and project implementation.
• Assist in preparing contracts and documentation for DOFO Partners.
• Prepare analyses and summaries to support decision-making.
• Identify and analyze new opportunities for franchise network development.

The Project Development Expert will be responsible for preparing and coordinating investment projects related to the development of the DOFO franchise station network. This position combines the areas of finance, business analysis, and network development, providing the opportunity to collaborate with international MOL Group teams and present projects to group-level investment committees.

Your duties will include:

• Preparation and coordination of investment projects related to the development of the DOFO franchise station network.
• Developing business cases, financial analyses and DCF models for new investments.
• Preparing recommendations, decision-making materials and presentations for approval processes.
• Presenting investment projects and business recommendations in English to MOL Group representatives and investment committees.
• Monitoring budgets, costs and key performance indicators of implemented projects.
• Collaboration with Finance, Development, Operations, Legal teams and other departments involved in network development.
• Collaboration with international MOL Group teams in network development and implementation of investment projects.
• Support in the process of preparing contracts and documentation for new DOFO Partners.
• Preparing analyses, reports and summaries to support business decision-making.
• Identifying and analyzing new opportunities for the development of franchise station networks.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferred fields: economics, management, investments or related.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, investments, business development or project management.
• Knowledge of issues related to investment profitability assessment, preparation of business cases and DCF analyses.
• Ability to think analytically and interpret financial and business data.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Very good knowledge of English, enabling the preparation of presentations and conducting business meetings.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and present recommendations to decision-makers.
• Good work organization, independence and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
