Programmatic Software Engineer - Web applications

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong background in frontend development to strengthen our team and help us build reliable, performant, and user‑friendly web applications. While the main focus will be on frontend, you will also contribute to backend development and cross‑functional projects.

You will:

• Design, develop, and optimize high‑quality web applications with an emphasis on frontend and user experience.
• Contribute to backend development and integrations when needed.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers and service developers to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure consistency across the codebase.
• Perform code reviews and share knowledge to maintain high team standards.
• Keep up with modern frontend technologies and best practices.

Desired experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend.
• Experience with design patterns, code optimisation, and documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and distributed team.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with dashboard development and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Python and Selenium.
• CI/CD knowledge (e.g., GitHub Actions, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud, AWS, or similar).
• Previous experience in the ad‑tech industry.
