The role:

You will join our Financial Crime Product Development team as a Software Developer or Senior Software Developer (Java). Working in a small, autonomous agile team, building and maintaining backend services that are part of a large, enterprise-grade platform used by global banks and making a real difference to the impact of fraud and financial crime.

Location:

Warszawa/ Centrum; hybrid: 2-3 x week at office

You have:

• Strong experience with Java in backend development
• Experience with distributed or cloud-based systems
• Good analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
• Experience working in agile development teams
• Clear and practical communication skills

You also have experience with, or interest in, some of the following technologies:

• Spring Boot
• Kafka (or other messaging systems)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana)
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Angular, Spark, Elasticsearch, or StarRocks is a plus, but not required
