Job summary

NTIATIVE IT Recruitment seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a Financial Crime Product Development team in Warsaw. You will build an enterprise-grade platform using Java and Angular, handling large data across distributed systems.

You will contribute to backend services, frontend components, and platform evolution within a fast-paced Agile team. The role offers a hybrid model with on-site work in Warsaw and meaningful impact on financial crime tech.

Qualifications

• Has strong commercial experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Has solid experience with Java in backend development.
• Is highly proficient in Angular and TypeScript.
• Has experience working with distributed or cloud-based systems.
• Understands scalable application architecture and large-scale data processing.
• Has experience working with Nx monorepos and modern frontend development.
• Is comfortable working with SCSS and modern UI technologies.
• Has a structured and analytical approach to solving complex problems.
• Is comfortable investigating production issues and looking beyond short-term fixes.
• Has experience working in Agile teams.
• Communicates clearly and enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership.

Senior Full-Stack Developer – Java & Angular | Warsaw | Hybrid
