Lead impactful energy and sustainability projects for a leading e-commerce client across Europe! We're seeking a driven Program Manager to oversee technical projects focused on Building Management Systems (BMS).

Locations: Bialystok - Podlaskie - Poland, Bydgoszcz - Kujawsko-pomorskie - Poland, Gdansk - Pomorskie - Poland, Krakow - Malopolskie - Poland, Lublin - Lubelskie - Poland, Poznan - Wielkopolskie - Poland, Sopot - Pomorskie - Poland, Szczecin - Zachodniopomorskie - Poland, Torun - Kujawsko-pomorskie - Poland, Warsaw - Mazowieckie - Poland, Wroclaw - Dolnoslaskie - Poland

What You Will Do
  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings, including reporting and presentations.
  • Provide weekly reporting to client stakeholder groups across North America & Europe.
  • Document meeting actions and decisions, ensuring follow-up.
  • Provide procedural and technical guidance to General Contractors.
  • Oversee project implementation and ongoing program management across multiple countries.
  • Serve as a liaison between on‑site teams, leadership, and client contacts.
  • Develop and implement project strategies.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assess project risks and provide solutions.
  • Manage change management processes at both project and program levels.
  • Manage internal financial reporting and achieve financial goals.
  • Ensure SLA compliance for key KPIs.
  • Responsible for escalation management.
What You Will Need
  • Degree, ideally in Project Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of Project/Program Management experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • The ability to express statistical data creatively, beyond standard graphs.
  • Understanding HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems would be beneficial.
  • A passion for energy efficiency and sustainability, and a desire to contribute to a fun and exciting work environment.
