Job summary

Jobsi in Toruń is seeking a Production Worker for prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. Position is based in a production hall with two shifts (6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00) from Monday to Friday. Official contract with guaranteed hourly rate of 33.50 PLN brutto.

Accommodation and transport arrangements provided as described. Responsibilities include forms preparation, reinforcement assembly, concreting, and quality control, with occasional extended hours during peak workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction work, tying reinforcement and pouring concrete into forms.
• Willingness to work in a production hall, in dusty and noisy conditions.
• Starting within 2–3 days after arrival.

Responsibilities

• Preparing metal forms for pouring concrete.
• Cleaning and lubricating forms.
• Installing inserts and embedded elements.
• Placing ready-made reinforcement structures.
• Connecting individual reinforcement elements.
• Checking compliance with technical drawings.
• Pouring concrete and compacting using vibrating equipment.
• Removing forms after concrete has hardened.
• Cleaning finished elements and preparing for storage or shipment.
• Visually inspecting finished elements and reporting defects.

Production Worker – Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Elements (W/M/NB)

Place of work: Toruń
Place of residence: To ruń

Employment

• Official, based on a mandate contract.

Remuneration

• Guaranteed rate: PLN 33.50 brutto/hour.

Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.

Requirements

• Experience in construction work, tying reinforcement and pouring concrete into forms.

Duties

Working with forms

• preparing metal forms for pouring concrete;
• cleaning and lubricating forms;
• installing inserts and embedded elements.

Reinforcement assembly

• placing ready-made reinforcement structures;
• connecting individual reinforcement elements;
• checking compliance with technical drawings.

Concreting

• pouring concrete mix into forms;
• distributing concrete throughout the form;
• compacting concrete using vibrating equipment.

Removing finished products

• removing forms after the concrete has hardened;
• cleaning finished elements;
• preparing them for storage or shipment.

Quality control

• visual inspection of finished elements;
• reporting any defects;
• complying with technological requirements.

Work schedule

• Work in two shifts, 8 hours per shift.
• 1st shift: 06:00–14:00.
• 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00.
• Monday to Friday.
• During periods of high workload, extended working hours may be required.

• Bed linen and dishes must be your own
• Accommodation cost: 600 zł/month (deducted from salary)
