Job summary

Jobsi is seeking a warehouse worker in Bydgoszcz. Official, based on a mandate contract, with a guaranteed rate of 31.40 PLN brutto per hour and additional bonuses. Work involves two shifts (06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00), with 5–6 days per week and breaks paid.

On-site accommodations and company-provided footwear are available, plus free transport to work. Accommodation costs 700 PLN/month, with an extra hourly allowance of 1 PLN per hour worked.

• R-Sort: Goods receipt, quality control, barcode scanning.
• Pack: Packing online orders.
• Pick: Assembling clothes using the terminal.
• Receipt/shipment: Responsibility for receiving and loading goods.

Employment

• Official, based on a mandate contract.

Remuneration

• Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 brutto/hour.
• Additionally, bonuses are provided.

Payouts

Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.

Duties

Every day, the foreman assigns specific tasks to employees.

• R-Sort: Goods receipt, quality control, barcode scanning.
• Pack: Packing online orders.
• Pick: Assembling clothes using the terminal.
• Receipt/shipment: Responsibility for receiving and loading goods.

Work schedule

• Work in a two-shift system, 10-12 hours per shift.
• First shift: 06:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.
• Second shift: 06:00 p.m. – 06:00 a.m.
• Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.

Accommodation

• Available places for couples.
• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Accommodation cost: PLN 700 per month, deducted from remuneration.
• Accommodation allowance: PLN 1 for each hour worked.

Transport

• Free transportation to work.

Additional information

• Own work clothing is required.
• Special work footwear is provided by the company!
• Temperature in the facility: +20°C to +22°C.
• A canteen and vending machines with free drinks are on site.

Starting work

• Within 2-3 days after arrival.
