Job summary

Career Designers is seeking a Production Worker in Poland. Your responsibilities will include operating machines to manufacture and assemble metal structures for various industries, and managing semi-automated painting processes.

Applicants should have prior experience in production roles and the ability to operate tools. We offer hourly wages between 16,50 PLN and 21,83 PLN depending on your age and student status, along with accommodation assistance and a referral bonus.

Job description

PRODUCTION WORKER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating machines to manufacture full metal framing or its components for the construction industry (e.g. towers, masts, trusses and bridges), as well as for the manufacturing industry (e.g. metallurgical furnaces frames, lifting equipment) and to produce prefabricated, mainly metal buildings such cabins for construction sites and modular elements of exhibition pavilions
• Operating semi-automated paint lines
• Picking batches of products - unit metal structures and their components and stacking them in assigned places

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Experience in coating application will be an asset
• Ability to operate hand and mechanical tools
• Full driving licence (category B) will be an asset
• Language skills enabling communication in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian
