Job summary
TE Connectivity Corporation in Szczecin is seeking a Production Planning Manager (F/M/D) to lead a dedicated planning team and ensure optimal use of production capacity while delivering excellent customer service.
You will coordinate daily activities, plan and release orders, analyze demand against capacity, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Material Planning, Production, Quality, and Customer Service to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior people management experience is an advantage
- Experience with SAP
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting
- Solid understanding of MRP, capacity planning and scheduling
- Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- English level at least B2
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily work of the Production Planning team
- Plan and release production orders and monitor execution
- Analyze demand vs. capacity and adjust plans
- Manage loading, cycle times and bottlenecks
- Monitor KPIs like On-Time Delivery and Plan Adherence
- Collaborate with Material Planning, Production, Quality, and Customer Service
- Support procurement activities based on the production plan
- Drive continuous improvements in capacity, lead times and inventory
