Job summary

PeopleLink is seeking a Production Manager in Warsaw, Poland to organize and run all production operations for a 15+ person team. You will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with planning, quality, and logistics to meet efficiency, quality, and timeliness targets.

Responsibilities include shift planning, KPI tracking, process improvements, and ERP-based production control. Polish fluency and English at B2 level are required in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in production management in a manufacturing company.
• Operational leadership on the floor with 15+ direct reports in production.
• Fluent Polish; English at least B2 in correspondence and meetings.

• Plan and coordinate two shifts, staffing and priorities (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Supervise safety, quality, and 5S standards and take quick corrective actions.

• Drive process improvements: standardization, visualizing results, brief operational meetings.
• Manage production process in ERP: order register, WIP status, material accounting.

Why this role: We are looking for a leader who will organize and manage all production operations (15+ people) and deliver measurable results (efficiency, quality, timeliness). You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with planning, quality, and logistics.

What you’ll do (day - to - day)

• Managing a team of at least 15 people on the production lines.
• Planning and coordination of two shifts, staffing and production priorities (daily/weekly/monthly plan).
• Supervision of safety, quality, and work standards (5S, health and safety), and quick corrective actions.
• Working on clear and specific KPIs: line efficiency, scrap/complaints, timeliness - including reports for the Managing Director.
• Process improvement: standardization, visualization of results, and short operational meetings. Management of the production process, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Working in ERP: order register, WIP status, material accounting; participation in configuration optimization.
• M ust - have experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in production management in a manufacturing company (process/serial environment)
• Operational leadership on the floor: setting clear goals, enforcing standards, working with numbers, and experience in managing a team of at least 15 people in production.
• Experience in enforcing KPIs among employees and working in an ERP system.
• Willingness to work shifts and be operationally present in production.
• Fluent in Polish; English min. B2 (correspondence, internal meetings).
• Creativity, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in the printing industry, printing house.
