Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Junior Planning Analyst to support material planning and inventory optimisation to ensure production readiness at Stargard, Poland (on-site role, ul. Stalowa 6).

You will forecast demand, manage replenishment, and collaborate with suppliers, warehouse and Production to maintain flow. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and 1–2 years in logistics, with English at B2 and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, material planning or inventory management.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience using an enterprise resource planning system for material or inventory-related activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and planning activities.
• Experience analysing material demand, inventory levels or supplier delivery data in a manufacturing or operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and forecast material demand based on production requirements and available inventory.
• Plan and order materials using replenishment methods, including Kanban, and prepare Kanban calculations.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and control the flow of components between suppliers, the warehouse and Production in terms of timing and quantity.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting, Kanban audits and inventory management activities.
• Identify areas for improvement, propose countermeasures and cooperate with Production and other supply chain partners to improve material availability and flow.

The Junior Planning Analyst supports material planning and inventory optimisation to help ensure the availability of materials required for production. The role analyzes material demand, monitors deliveries and material flow, supports inventory accuracy, and identifies opportunities to improve planning processes. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Electrodes & KitPak and is part of the Electrodes & KitPak organisation located in Stargard, Poland, and will be an on-site role (ul. Stalowa 6).

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, material planning or inventory management.
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Experience using an enterprise resource planning system for material or inventory-related activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and planning activities.
• Experience analysing material demand, inventory levels or supplier delivery data in a manufacturing or operational environment.

Preferred Experience

• Using Kanban, Dynamic Kanban or similar inventory replenishment methods.
• Participating in cycle counting, inventory audits or inventory optimisation activities.
• Working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
