Job summary

ARNON. Powering Progress is seeking a Production Engineer in Poland to develop production processes, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement.

You will troubleshoot production issues, analyze BOM changes, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Planning teams to optimize efficiency. Strong documentation and Excel skills, plus English, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Production Engineering, or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues occurring in production processes.
• Analyze customer documentation and implement changes to bills of materials (BOMs).
• Participate in projects related to the introduction of new products and production processes.
• Cooperate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Production Planning departments.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing and process documentation.
• Train production employees on new processes, procedures, and standards.

In this role, you will

What We Expect
