Job summary

Teva in Warszawa, Poland is seeking a Product Transfer Manager to drive SKU creation, artwork coordination and data management across markets.

You will collaborate with regional and local teams, monitor launch and transfer milestones, and ensure compliant documentation. A Life Sciences degree and 2–4 years in product launch or switch execution, with fluency in English, are expected.

This full-time role reports to the Head of Transfer Services.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in product launch or switch execution in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proficiency in reporting and structured documentation.
• Strong process discipline and compliance expertise.
• Data handling accuracy and reliability; ability to collaborate across markets and functions.

As a Product Transfer Manager at Teva, you will play a pivotal role in executing transfer-related tasks such as SKU creation, artwork- and supply-chain- tracking.

• 2-4 years of professional experience in product launch or switch execution - within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
• Proficiency in reporting and structured documentation.

• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate across markets and functions.
• Good organizational and data management skills.
• Fluency in English.
